Mary’s Child: the Prince of Peace
Elizabeth said: ‘Blessed is she who believed that the promise made to her by the Lord would be fulfilled’. This week we celebrate the wonderful feast of Christmas. Mary is by far the best person to teach us what it is about as she was very central to the first Christmas.

RIP, 9 Beechland Drive, Clady, 2nd December 2024 (peacefully at hospital surrounded by his loving family), beloved son of James & Kelly Anne, much loved brother of Clodagh and James and loving partner of Katie.
Ryan’s remains will leave his late residence on Thursday 5th December 2024 at 1.40pm for 2pm Requiem Mass in St Oliver Plunkett’s Church, Clady (which can be viewed via the parish webcam) burial immediately afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery, Greenlough.
